The quick version

Holidays Return: All items purchased in November 2025 and December 2025 are eligible for returns or exchanges through January 31, 2026.

Window: 14 days from delivery
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging
Cost: Free returns are available for orders within the continental United States. Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur shipping costs. (original shipping isn’t refunded)

How to start a return or exchange

Find your order number in your confirmation email.
Start a return: Contact us at contact@oosmash.com with your order # and what you’d like to do.
Print the prepaid label, pack items safely, include packing slip, and drop off within 5 days of receiving the label.
We’ll update you when it lands at our studio.

What’s returnable

Hoodies & tees in new condition: no wear, no wash, no scents, no pet glitter
All tags attached and in the original bag/box

What’s not returnable: Final sale or discounted “last call” items (clearly marked on the product page), items with visible wear, deodorant/makeup marks, or damage after delivery, gift cards.

Timing & refunds: Once your return arrives, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (banks may take 5–10 business days to post). Prefer store credit? Say the word—we can issue it faster once the return is approved.

Exchanges: Size off? Style change of heart? Exchanges are free (U.S.). If the item you want is sold out, we’ll process a refund instead.

Damaged, wrong, or defective items: Stuff happens. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@oosmash.com within 5 days of delivery with order number, photos of the issue, and a quick note on what went wrong. We’ll fix it—replacement, store credit, or refund.

International orders: Returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping and any duties/taxes are customer-paid and non-refundable. Exchanges ship as a new order once your return is received.

Packaging tips (to keep things pretty): Fold items flat, avoid tight rolls or creases. Use the original bag/box when possible. Include the packing slip or a note with your order # inside.
